Who is included in the University of Colorado E-Directory?

Employees of the University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus
You will be listed in the Directory if you are a University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus employee and you meet the following criterion:
  • You have at least one appointment that has not ended (based on appointment end date) and are listed in an active status.

    Note: We are currently not automatically processing privacy from the Human Resources Management System (HRMS). If you need to change the privacy status for your listing, first contact the Human Resources (HR) department. They are required to evaluate all privacy requests for employees. Once they have approved your request and it is in HR, please contact the HelpDesk @ 303-724-4357 (4-HELP).

Students at the University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus If you are a student at the University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus, you will be listed in the Directory if you meet the following criteria:
  • You are actively enrolled (based on current term enrollment status)
  • Your enrollment is with the Denver Campus or the Anschutz Medical Campus
  • You have not requested privacy through the Registrar's Office

We are working with our affiliates to show all of their respective people in the E-Directory. There is currently not a set timeline for this integration.

Additional Notes about Directory Listings & Privacy Requests

Student:
As a student you have the right to withhold your information from being displayed in the directory. The privacy option will prevent your information from being displayed in the E-Directory. For more information about making your account private please contact one of the Registrar offices below. Students may be required to provide proper identification when making a privacy request.

University Faculty & Staff (Employees):
The University of Colorado recognizes that employees might have unique circumstances that would justify a need to remove or limit the information that is displayed for them in the E-Directory. Human Resources (HR) is required to evaluate all privacy requests. If you need to make your account private, please contact HR at 303-315-2700.
