Name

Your name comes from one of the following sources:
  • Human Resources Management System (HRMS) -- This information is maintained by your departmental HR Liaison.
  • CU Student Information System (CU-SIS) -- This information is maintained by the Office of the Registrar.

If you don't like the way your name is being displayed or if you have a preferred name, please call the HelpDesk @ 303-724-4357 (4-HELP).


Credentials

You can modify the display of your professional credentials via your Directory profile. To edit your credentials please use the login link above or click here. Enter the credentials you would like displayed and press Save.

NOTE: The option to edit this field is only available for Employees of the University. This includes all Faculty & Staff.


Official Titles & Campus Box

  • Titles are stored in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS). All of your unique, active HRMS titles are displayed. These titles are maintained by your departmental HR Liaison. To change this information please contact your departmental HR Liaison.
  • The campus box number that is displayed is stored in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS). This information is maintained by your departmental HR Liaison. Please contact your department HR Liaison if you need to change this information.

Email Addresses

  • The first email address listed is your official University of Colorado e-mail address. This email address is maintained through IT Services. If your email address is incorrect of if you have a preferred name, please can call the HelpDesk @ 303-724-4357 (4-HELP).
  • The second email address can be set to any external affiliate or personal email address that you would like to have displayed in the Directory. To edit your information for this field, please use the login link above or click here.


Phone Numbers

  • The "Phone" number is your main office phone number and is designated as "Campus 1" in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS). This number can be changed by your departmental HR Liaison or you can edit it directly by logging into UCDAccess, clicking on the CU Resources tab, clicking on "Employee Profile", and editing the number under "Campus 1". Please note that this should be your official phone number for direct dialing to help facilitate communication on campus.

    Finally, login to the E-Directory and verify that the "Display" value is green and is set to Yes to display the offical phone number field.

  • The "Alt-Phone" number is a secondary phone number that is useful for alternate locations. This number can be made to appear in the directory as your primary phone number if you choose to hide your Official Phone Number.     NOTE: This field is editable by all Employees & Students of the University.
  • The optional "Cell" phone number can be displayed, if desired, by modifying your E-Directory profile. To edit your information for this field please use the login link above or click here.

  • The optional "Pager" number can be displayed, if desired, by modifying your E-Directory profile. To edit your information for this field please use the login link above or click here.

NOTE: All phone numbers must be the full 10-digit number and cannot contain any extensions at this time.

You can have up to two (2) office locations listed in the directory. These office locations can be modified in your E-Directory profile. Department Details

The area displays the departments that are associated with your job duties. Some departments are not listed and can result in the appearance of the Departmental ID number instead of the department name. This will be corrected in future versions of the E-Directory.
